Plastic cups made from Corn. Compostable and environmentally sustainable. Made with a material derived from corn(polylactic acid). 20%-50% fewer resources used than with petroleum based resins. No ground water contamination because the cup breaks down into natural lactic acid and metabolites. For cold drinks only. Store at 105 degrees F. Cups sometimes have scratch or rub marks from the molding process. This is not considered a defect.
