We specialize in printing 1 color imprints only and do not have an infrastructure in place to accommodate multi-color imprints. Whenever possible, please convert your file to a 1 color version before sending it to us. Our full artwork guidelines are listed here.

All Inclusive Package Pricing
Price includes cost of item plus a 1 color imprint on 1 or 2 sides . No additional setup, artwork, or shipping charges apply. We can print the same graphic or two different graphics, as long as the same imprint color is used on both sides.

Minimum Order Quantities
Our minimum listed on each individual product page is the absolute minimum order for blank items or for imprinted items. We do not accommodate requests for less than the mimimum quantity.

No Charge for 2nd Side Imprint
As long as it is the same imprint color on both sides, we can print either the same graphic (repeated) on both sides, or two different graphics at no additional charge. Please specify if you would like double-sided printing if only submitting one graphic.

Non-imprinted Orders (Blank Items)
Deduct $35.00 off the package price of the item. Time to process an order for blank items is approximately half our standard production time (For example, normal production is 7 days, we can usually ship within 3-4 days). This does not include time in transit. Minimum order quantity (listed on each individual product page) is required for blank items.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, however, we do NOT accept Discover Card. We also accept company check, personal check, or money order. We do not process C.O.D.

Repeat Orders
We value repeat customers. We keep your graphic on file for a period of 2 years. If you are reordering a previous graphic, just let us know. A discount may be available to you.

Request Receipt
If you have received your order and need a receipt for record-keeping purposes, we are happy to provide a final invoice. Click here to fill out our receipt request form.

Rush Orders / Rush Production

Samples
You can request a random printed sample using our sample form. We do not provide a pre-production sample with your graphic, however.

Standard Production Time
It varies depending on which products you order, but most products will be ready to ship within 1-3 weeks from the time the order acknowledgement is approved. This does not include time in transit however, which usually ranges from 2-5 days.

Shipping Methods
Our preferred standard method is UPS, although occasionally we use FedEx Ground. If shipping via an expedited method, we typically ship UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air. Standard shipping is included in the package cost on the items we offer, but additional costs apply for expedited shipping.
